Reading Codes for a 95
I have the 95 "Hybrid" OBD-I with the OBD-II connector. Is is possible to read codes without a code reader/scanner? According to the Actron website, I need the OBD-II scanner since the 8th digit on my VIN is a "P".

Thanks Oldman, this is promising:
"For 1994 and later models, you will need to recover the codes using a special procedure involving the speedometer and the odometer as explained in the service manual or use a special diagnostic device known as a scan tool."
But my "Shop Manual" does not have the procedure referenced. Anyone with a "Service Manual" can help?
