Need help installing Auxilliary fan, please
I have an 86 coupe with a single fan that runs hot like everyone else's. I bought a new GM auxilliary fan off ebay ($46 - pretty good). I ordered a 200-185 temp switch from Corvette Central. My plan is to pull the radiator, clean out the debris, replace all the hoses, install the auxiliary fan and run cooler...
The fan has the factory pigtail, but HOW DO I WIRE IT IN? I think there is supposed to be a relay, but I am not sure...I would certainly appreciate any and all advice. Thanks in advance

My relay is on the left side of shroud. You might have the wiring right there without relay. If not you could wire it yourself. Good Luck !!

Buy another main fan relay and mount it on the left side of the radiator shourd, as mentioned.
Then wire primary power as per the main fan relay, run the grn/wht wire to the aux fan switch and the blk/red wire to the aux fan.
