Larger TB and injectors will probably hurt performance unless your motor can use the extra air/fuel. To answer your question you would have someone burn you a new chip off the list of mods you have done, this will get you close. After that you would need to do some data logging to send your tuner, they will make adjustments form that point.
58 mm TB's are more typically used with more cubic inches, bigger heads, cam, long tubes, etc.

As C4vvetrn< Just posted. The 58mm TB on a stock??? LT1 is not economical. "unless it was free" And honestly. Needs a PCM RE-tune. re-mapping the AFR. Yes. I have been programming for years now. Forced to learn. From many 3rd Gen f-body Builds. The 94 - 95 PCM is much easier. to tune. you can program straight from the OBD1 "ALDL" port. that actually looks like a OBD2 port. I have a stand alone PCM program harness & power supply to eliminate the crosstalk. Within the 94 - 95 PCM, CCM & related computers. Also on battery back-up. The downside with this system. step one. The program erases the flash memory. If ANY errors occur. It's all over. De-soldering Two AN- flash is now required. and re-flash. them with new individual start-up files.
If you installed power adding parts. requiring. larger injectors. Yes, your PCM would require a tune to match. Larger injectors.
It would take a fairly significant power HP increase needing larger injectors. What stage level is your LT1.
I use CATS> http://www.tunercat.com/
this is a one~ stop & shop. Handling. everything required. But it will take 1000's of practice tune's and research. for someone. starting at ground. Zero.
PS. I wish this wide band was available. when I purchased my auto meter.

My lt1 is at stage zero just bought it i am a mechanic fyi just to say im not a full noob haha.

The previous owner did exhaust and air filter lid cut and i did the throttle body coolant bypass.
Im trying to make a game plan of the best and inexpensive way to gain around 40 to 50 hp .

I was thinking a new fuel pressure regualtor to lean out the fuel ratio and a Wideband gauge setup . Thoughts on throwing in a 52 mm throttle nody while doing that and then getting either a dyno tune or a re map .

Thoughts please and or any other route i should take

The PCM tuning. from "ground zero"
If the link you provided. is your WS6. that is NOT stock!!!

I can validate. a 60HP gain with my full OBX LT's. H pipe back. LTCC coil conversion. and my tune. data master dyno shows 360HP. I select the range 2K - 5.9K So far. best trap speed 108.86 @ 13.1

Yes. Sir. 2,000 - 5,900 RPM. I also increased my oe PCM rpm limit a few points. Data master is a logging utility. after you log a session. you enter your start & stop point. populate your cars info. weight, gears. Ect. in the dyno feature. and run. Or hide. LOL

for this stock engine LT1~ a fuel pressure bump. is NOT needed!! i do have a slight fuel gain. I do have a external. Performance high flow pump. decreasing the wire gauge. feeding the pump. OE~ 18g. If i recall = 12. Volts. VS 14g. Wire. now = 13. Volts

ZF6 speed. Stock clutch. 3:45~ Dana 44
