I would opt to realign the car if I made any changes to the suspension. 4 wheel alignment. I had it done when I changed tire size, but that one is obvious. Better safe than sorry. The thought of unnessasarily wearing out $350 tires that can't be rotated makes me cringe.

Yes, get it aligned. It will now hold the alignment you set even better.
