If you haven't disconnected the battery...it's still in there.
Did the light go out while you were still driving or did it just not come back on the next time you started the car?
In any event the code is stored. Autozone offers to read codes as a service. Give'em a visit.
I'll bet code 32...any takers?

BTW, if it does turn out to be Code 32, you can pretty much ignore it, OR replace the EGR switch if the light bugs you.

Pulling codes on a 94 is a piece of cake. You probably have history codes still stored.
See this site for a good how-to http://www.c4vettes.com/codes.htm Use a big paperclip bent in a "U" to short the sockets.
You can scroll through the codes using the "ENG/MET-MILEAGE", "GAUGES-TRIP-ODO" keys.
I keep a bent paper clip in the center console.

i changed my battery it went away someone told me it had to do with your battery when i had that flash up a few times

I think you are refering to a flashing "SYS" code for battery problems.......not a DIC SES code.

Ok thanks for all the great info, I pulled the codes and I got:
C12, H26, H78
I searched the archives and I gathered that c12 isn't really a problem but what about the other two?
