poping/clunk sound while turning

poping/clunk sound while turning
I own a 96 LT1 Coupe that has a poping sound coming from i think the front end of the car. It only makes the sound while making a sharp turn to the left. It also usually does it while I am on the brakes a little. Any ideas on what this might be?

Check for play in your wheel bearings,control arm bushings,sway bar brackets and tie rod ends.
And check caliper guide pins and bracket.

Check for play in your wheel bearings,control arm bushings,sway bar brackets and tie rod ends.
