Wellll..... I got my EASE Diagnostics for 82-95 ODBI GM vehicles today. Rock on!
I did some scans and then added 1 turn to my AFPR and burned a new chip adding 2.9% fuel in the upper RPM and pulling 2* out of the entire timing table.
Results....
Knock retard has falling from 7.7* to a peak of 2.5*.
O2 sensor has come back to life. Yahoo!! Instead of dieing and going nearly instantly from 800ish millivolts at 4900 to nothing it now hangs in the 800mv area and then dies at 5600 dropping to nearly nothing. Going to add a touch more fuel in the upper upper RPM area and see if it wakes up again. :yesnod:
.... it hooks up to any laptop with an available serial (COM) port. I'm running it under Windows XP, but it supposed to be compatible with 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP.
I would imagin that will be my next adventure in getting to know my car. Get ready for more questions!! :) Thanks for the info on the pipe plug.. And good luck.

:yesnod: Thanks! I didn't actually "get it" until a few hours after you sent it thanks to my phone not liking to tell me when I get messages and calls. I was at a cousin's bday party all that day. Looks like you were exactly right (again).
