Just wondering if any of you knows how to correctly adjust the idle on our cars

I have an 88 L98.

I've read the tech article..

Its says in the tech Artible that Later model years do not have adjustable TPS’s.

Since I have an 88 Vette, does this meen I don't have an adjustable TPS?
