Building AIR eliminator for myself (and maybe for others). Much thanks to BritVette for basic plans.
I would very much appreciate it if anyone can tell me the size and pitch of the threads that the eliminator uses. The threads I need are the ones tapped into the driver side cylinder head.
Even if you only know SAE or Metric that would be a nice start as I want to have a selection available before I pull everything apart.
Re: Bolt dimensions for AIR eliminator please... (Z-PDX)
I am not sure of the size of the bolt, But I am tearing my enegine apart and you are more then welcome to come by and match them up like at Hi school Parmacy. I am in Vancouver.
Oh - and when you get my E-Mail, you can more or less ignore it, all the info I know is at this address.
Incidentally I have done about 6000 miles with this thing with no probs, and it feels asa solid as a rock, no flex at all, so you should be OK to go with this - AND IT IS CHEAP!!!

John -
You are the greatest!
Damned if those don't look like Chevy starter bolts. If the pitch is, in fact, 16tpi, that would make them SAE fine. I will give a report when I finish.
