Tips on replacing power antenna on 84???
P.S. Thanks to everyone for tips on replacing the fog lamp lens yesterday. Your tips focused me, and helped a lot. We did the job before checking emails, so we didn't take photos. Sorry, but if you need to do the job, reply and we'll fax pages from the shop manual showing how to do the job. For someone with skills, it will probably take 2-3 hours. I'm kind of a dip who needed to send for tools, and it took about 8 or 9, basically our Sunday. To Agent86, I don't think you can aim the lens, because the fittings look like spring steel. I couldn't get them to bend. Special thanks to scorp. Cool forum. Yo Americans, give 'em hell. C4s rule.
P.S.S. Please respect everyone's privacy. Don't trace this post. You can't learn about me, and I don't respond to personal messages.

Take the driver rear inner wheel well off.
You can access the power antenna easy from there. The power antenna power plug is another story. I just cut mine and installed a connector harness incase I ever need to remove it again. That way I only have to go under the car and not rip the interior apart doing it.
I went to the trouble of unplugging both connections. Antenna connection is behind driverside shade track under the carpet. Power connection is under trim in cargo area beside hatch latch.
