Fuel Pump Problem

I was installing a new set of speakers in my 86 coupe, so I was under the front left side dash. After I finished the wiring I tried to start the car and it would not start. I noticed that the fuel pump was not priming (making the rrrrr noise). I was extremely careful under the dash, but is there something that I could have damaged that would cause this problem? I was going to check the fuse for the fuel pump, but it is behind the Drivers Info Center. Is there an easy way to acces this aux fuse block? Thanks in advance for the help.

My fuel pump fuse is with the rest of them on the right side of dash.

Everything works now. I pulled the fuel pump relay and found that it was very dirty. Cleaning the contacts did the trick. All is well. Thanks!!
