Default Help with Open Air Lid

I'm thinking of altering my air lid so it's open on Thursday. Any advice? Easy tips? Please post pics if you have them so I can see what the finished product should look like. Thanks in advance!

I bought a $20 portable jigsaw. Makes life a lot easier after trying to do it with a dremel and cutoff wheels. Took about 5 minutes with the jig saw.

:iagree: Dremel is too tedious. Drill out the rivets first, then use a larger drill bit to anable a saw blade to start. Then use a jigsaw with the metal cutting blade and then file the edges smooth after your done.
