2 ?'s in 1 post
1 - 91 w/auto. When I first got the car, shifting was a neck snap, especially between 1-2. Reset TV cable and it was better. If I altered it a little more, I get the hard shift. After 13+ years, could the TV cable have streched so it doesn't set the pressures correctly anymore?
2 - Have AX the car 3 times. Last event was short straights and tight turns. If I stayed in first, I could get power off the turns but no speed in the straights. If I left it in 2nd, once I got the the "power band" she'd fly, but coming off the corners left a bunch to be desired. Since this is my daily driver, what diff. gears could I use without destroying all my fuel milage yet give me a little better performance at the track? Approx. cost? Would I be better off trying to find a complete batwing including gears?
TIA
