The LT1 heads flow coolant differently than do the L98s so the intake may not be compatable.

I believe the intake runers on the mini ram are longer than on the LT1.

As per the above site , with the mods for the dist and provision of the water outlet to a remote thermo housing it fits. The theory says with the right complimentary parts ,heads ,cam etc it should make HP .I think we are all waiting to for someone to run some documented back to back test to prove the point. On a stock L98 it is probably going to be too much.
Other post seem to have concentrated on poor quailty workmanship resulting in bad fit / leaks rather than the performance aspect.
The bottom lines is it fits under a Vette hood and is relatively cheap in relation to the other options , especially if you can do the mods yourself. We all just want to know if it is worth the effort.
Is on my future to do list as the alternatives are too expensive down here.
