Yes, If you go by the manual you can adjust 8 valves, turn crank 360 degrees and adjust the other 8.
The link I gave you is very accurate in obtaining the heal of the lobe.
Done properly, one should not have to readjust static or running rockers.

I set zero lash by twirling the pushrod between thrum and finger as I tighten the nut till I just feel resistance. Then I tighten the nut 5/8 turn to set lifter preload.
Since it can be difficult to determine max lift I prefer this method:
-turn crank till #1 intake is just closing and adjust #1 exhaust
-turn crank till #1 exhaust is just opening and adjust #1 intake
