I think you could have a situation where your pumps provide so much pressure that your regulator could not dump enough fuel back to the tank and in effect your fuel lines would get clogged with too much fuel causing a spike in pressure..I have manually turned my second Aeromotive on with my override switch while idling and I instantly get black smoke....
