There should be a minimum idle screw on the drivers side of TB.
Place a jumper wire between "A" and "B" on the aldl
Turn key to on and waite 30 seconds and then unplug connector to IAC
Disconnect EST wire
Start car and adjust idle to about 500 rpm
Turn off car, plug IAC and EST back in
This should be done with engine at operating temp(closed loop)
Have you checked the throttle position sensor? I just went through that with mine, the refrence voltage at closed throttle is about .5 VDC. A nice digital volt meter is a real good investment. The sensor can be repositioned to adjust the idle.
Since this is a 92, your TPS is not adjustable. Follow the procedure for resetting the IAC. Also since this is a "new TB", did you reset the IAC pintle measurment before installing it?
