C4 specs.

Is there any place I can find HP and torque ratings for different year Vettes.
I would like to get either a C4 or C5 but would be nice to compare numbers.

Try here: http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/specs/index.html Click on a year to bring up information about the car. Information in the "Corvete Black Book" is pretty much the same as what in on this website. The book is a very good reference tool and you should be able to get it thru one of the Forum vendors or the major Corvette parts and accessory catalogs. Might try a chain bookstore like Borders or Barnes and Noble too.

Also pick up a copy of the "Corvette Black Book" (Amazon or Borders); it has features, options & changes from year to year.
