There are a lot of good tech tips on the forum. I used them for lowering mine with good success. I would recommend doing the lower ball joints at the same time since you will have the lower A arms out. I just took mine to a local shop and they pressed them in and out in ten minutes. Make sure you get the car up pretty high on jackstands.
