Default Trying to get to door lock control module

I posted recently about cycling door locks on my 86 coupe and I have narrowed the problem down to a bad door lock control module. It is located under the passenger side instrument panel. But , I can't figure out how to get to the darn thing. How do you remove the lower carpeted panel. I removed the front panel ( mine was replaced with an after market piece to replace the "cushion") and it is not under there. Anyone ever replaced their doorlock control module? I have the replacement; just can't find the original . Please help!!1

On my '88 you remove the screws along the front of the hush panel, drop the panel and remove it.

If you need to remove the bread box, I believe you will need to pull the dash pad too.

I think the door lock module is near the ECM. How do you get to that? What do you have to remove?
