Wiper Problem
91 C4. On intermittent setting, sometimes they will stop mid-wipe, then resume. Sometimes they just go to wiping full time on any of the delay settings. The car decides what the delay time should be, regardless of where I set it. 
Sometimes THEY WON'T SHUT OFF!! I have to turn the car off to get them to stop! I checked the archives and didn't come up with anything. Maybe someone else has had the same problem, beforre I have to start digging and buying the wrong parts?
