One of those times when you go to fix one problem and find another...
So I pulled my brake booster to replace the ECM bracket. When I button everything back up the brake pedal won't depress. I pull the master cylinder and the booster works fine but I can't push in the piston.
Is it possible to have cocked the piston(s) in the bore by not tightening the two nuts down at the same time?
I can't image anything that would cause so much brake pressure that you can't push in the piston.
With the master cylinder off the vehicle, you should be able to push the piston in with a screw driver. Sounds like the piston assembly fell apart inside the housing.....
