Quick question...
Last wednsday my brake booster took a dive...while waiting for the new one to come in I've had to drive the car some....my question is...will a bad booster affect the idle ?...mine is idling high and I thought maybe the vacuum associated with the booster might be the culprit...any thoughts ?... thanks

Mine didn't. But I was already dealing with the "bad idle" where the car would barely hold idle while stopped in gear (AT). All I had was a lack of braking and a "whoosh" sound when the pedal was pressed.
