LT4 Knock Module
In the LT4 because of the increased valvetrain harmonics associated with the roller rockers, GM used a knock module that was less sensitive than the LT1's.
I'm using the LT4 K/M in my car, not sure how much it really helps.
I hope your not paying the shop much to install the K/M. Because it only takes about 5 minutes to do.

I hope it helps. Were you getting alot of spark retard?
I have a supercharged Ford Lightning, and its knock sensor is turned off from the factory, because the supercharger is so noisy.
