heated o2
hi all
want to install LT headers on my L98 and switch to a heated O2
are there any things to look at? (except the heating curcuit)
can i use a universal heated o2 or will it have to be a special one??
thank you

Get a bosch 3 wire heated o2. the only thing you need to do to install is a ground wire and a keyed power wire.

I don't think the O2 heater draws much power but if it does you would need to add a relay and a fuse.

it doesnt draw enough juice to require a relay or fuse.

I had shorty headers on my Firebird but I am not sure about the long tube headers for my Vette. I understand the reason but for summer driving and spring and fall but no winter driving, would it make a difference?
