My cooling fans are not coming on. I have ok
the relays and the wires from the two temp sensors, but I do not know what sensor runs the fans. the fans do come on when A/C is on.
I have electric water pump with a sensor and a sensor on block.

Thankyou
Kirk

I'm going through the same thing on my 91. The primary fan(on the drivers side) won't come on at all. The secondary fan comes on when the ac is on as it should. I took the primary fan off and connected 12v to it and it is dead. A coolant temperature sensor tells the computer the engine temp and when it reaches ~225 degrees power is sent through a relay(located on left side of radiator shroud) to the primary fan. Your problem sound like the primary fan is bad or possibly the relay.
