battery question
my battery has been low for a while now, its been raining, so no big rush to change batteries out, i have a new sears die hard gold ready to install, QUESTION IS? just put it in , or do i have to reset anything because i've waited so long, ?? can anyone tell me if i need to do a bunch of resets or anything like that? or, other than just installing battery and starting car?? TIA everyone

It may depend on the year, but the only thing that comes to mind, are the radio presets. Certainly, nothing engine related. It really doesn't matter if the battery is 100% dead or not. Disconnecting it to install the new one will have the same effect. It could run a little "funny" while the cleared ECM relearns.
