Default Code 46
Have a no start problem with code 46(vats) on my 87.Have replaced starter enable relay with no results.Is there any way to troubleshoot vats module?From what I can see besides these 2 things the only other thing it could be is the key lock assembly?Thanks for any help.

all my book tells me is....

"The ECM has detected an error in the VATS system. Check for an open or short in the circuit from the VATS module to the ECM."

I'm not really sure what that means...
