IAC question

I replaced my IAC yesterday. When I cleaned the housing I noticed the round hole in the housing was not perfectly round. One edge where the pintel goes was beveled. This would not let the pintel seat all the way around but would leave a small gap on one side. Is that normal, or do I need to replace the housing?

Mine was round.Sounds like its time to replace the housing.

If the hole is not round, I'd replace the housing while I wa at it.
