ok here it is I have a 96 lt4 my mods are to date open air box corsa catback and tpis headers the headers are not on the car yet the car is in storage till spring I am planning to take the car in the spring to a shop and have the headers installed and tune the car they have a dino for tuning they are reputable my question is what other things can I do to the car to get more hp & tork without going in to the motor bolt on stuff I know the shop is in business to make money I am going to pose this same question to them some things I have heard mentioned are programing fule regulator pulleys tuning I at this time just want to squeek all the hp out of the stock lt4 it has I want to have a little nolidge before I go to the shop and they start selling thanks educate me the forum is great

I would think the computer will adequately adjust for your few mods. It is when you go to hotter cams, better flowing heads, bigger injectors, etc that you really need to alter the EPROM.

Not saying someone couldn't squeeze a little more out of your set-up, but it may not be the best 'bang for the buck' type situation.
