Here's the deal - you have several options, and it all depends on money. The key to your L98 is intake and exhaust, unless you want to start doing cam / head work. In terms of 0-60 in 5.0 or less... Someone else will need to identify general quartermile times and 0-60 times, because I have no idea how it really translates. I know your car runs around a 13.5-14 second quartermile stock. Upper intake porting, and headerback exhaust would probably do it and then some, though.

There's a website that's supposed to be able to translate 0-60 from a timeslip. Anybody remember it? My biggest issue with 0-60 is traction!
I'll just pick a random timeslip and play with some numbers. This particular run the car turned the 1/8th mile in 8.426 seconds, at 88.93 MPH. Now if you assume a strictly linear relationship for acceleration you can set up a simple ratio.
8.426 / 88.93 = X / 60
X = 5.68 seconds. There's a small problem with that theory though, it's NOT a linear relationship, not even close. Every time you shift gears your acceleration is greatly reduced. In my case I actually shift gears twice before the 1/8th mile. 1st gear is good till 54 MPH though so I'm really only shifting once to get to your 60' mark.
So, how fast is it really? I don't have clue, but I'll bet money it's less than 5 second to 60.
