How do you get this out?

The little light in the rearview mirror?...the amber colored one that lights up the console dimly.Mine stopped lighting up but the other mirro lights work fine.

I need to get this little guy out to replace...any ideas

Nvrmnd...I got it.Just pop the whole assembly out with a tiny screwdriver and then you can see where to go from there.

The little lens pops out. I was going to replace my bulb and realized my radar detector will block the light

Well for me I HAVE to keep the light working.I have double 5% tint and the car is triple black.At night you might as well be blind if your looking for something without the little console light.It serves my purpose perfectly.....
