Those "clips" on each end of the door strips are not replaceable. They are part of the door trim assembly. Yes, they do unscrew from the plastic strip, but they arent available separately. The studs often beak off when you try to loosen the nut. You could weld in some stainless bolts, and use new stainless nuts too, then just screw them back on.

Usually the stud will spin in the little flat piece its attached to before it will break off. If this is the case, here is what I did on my 85. I took the two screws out and cleaned it up good the scuffed the backside with sandpaper then put a bit of J-B Weld right on the back of the stud and the flat piece. Let it stand 24 hours and it's better than new. I have no idea about the adhesive strips but I'm going to check at NAPA because I need them too.
