So... Where is this supposed frisbee on the L98 that frees up like 20 WHP?? What exactly does it look like? How big is it? How many bolts does it have? Yes, I am planning on taking it off. Thank you much!

yeah... what he said. It is one of those free mods I was mentioning earlier. I forgot what year you had... I thought you had an LTx motor for some reason...
When I removed the frisbee from my basically stock '90, I did notice a little better response. I don't have numbers to back it up though. One other thing I did notice was the little belt chirp when I nailed the throttle. Even with a new Gatorback® belt on there was a little chirp. Something I could live with for a crisper throttle response.
Mr. Frisbee is a 10" or so disc on the front of the water pump. Mine was a metal disc with a rubber ring around the outer diameter.
I do not know of Dyno numbers that back this "free mod". I do know that it did reduce the mass my crankshaft had to turn. It to me felt like the difference between the A/C compressor off (before mod) and on (after).

Thats interesting, my belt chirp went away when I removed my frisbee.

It should not matter if it hasn't been. It has been said by several members that removing the frisbee is worth a power gain. It is debatable as to how much... but knowing it is worth a gain should automatically justify taking it off. Hell it's free... even if the gains are minimal at best, I'd do it just for the sake of it.
