Ok 1.46 it is. I am presently planning on running either some ProComp 1.6 roller rockers or I have a set of 1.5 Scorpion rollers I acquired a while ago. I am either going to build a stout 355 or a 383. I have a 84 Crossfire, regardless the induction system will be heavily modified. I have no doubt that a stout 355 will work well with the XRam. I also have a custom plate to adapt the Weiand single plane (Xram manifold that is shaved for hood clearance) with a 454 TB setup and I also have a Holley Projection TB manifold that has been opened up to support the 454 TB. Needless to say this is a experiment. I have a older 010 block that I may sell because the machine shop that I use has a couple 4bolt roller blocks and if I am able to sell the 010 block I will definately build a 383 roller. I would not have a issue with putting the TrickFlows on top of a 383. Others might but I don't. I got the CNC'd version basically because it was easier due to the debacle with AFR. The parts house already had the money, I paid the CC bill. All in all I think it worked out in the end.

My goals are rather modest by comparision to others on this forum. I want a nice Vette that runs rather well. I like to hit the strip a couple of times a year and jaw jack with the everyone - just like everyone else. From a 1/4 perspective I would like to be around the 13.0-13.3 range. I am confident that I can accomplish that with either the 355 or 383 and the TrickFlows.

I hope this helps.

The chambers on the trickflows look gorgeous. Good luck with your project.

I bought them from JDSPerformance in FL. JDS Performance Dave is the owner and a real good guy.
