I Have A Stock Lt1 6 Speed 94 Corvette With 80k Miles, Only Mods Include Pipe In Place Of Resonator And Flowmaster Mufflers. Thinking About Swapping The Heads And Intake For A Set Of Cnc Ported Lt1 Heads And Intake With 986 Comp Springs 1.6 Rollers And Hooker Super Comp Shorties And Removal Of Stock Cats. What Do You Think My Rwhp Will Be Before And After The Conversion With The Stock Cam?
ADDITIONAL: HEADS FLOW 255 CFM AT .500" LIFT INTAKE AND 200 CFM EXHAUST AND HAVE BEEN OUTFITTED WITH FERERRA STAINLESS STEEL VALVES 2.0 INTAKE AND 1.55 EXHAUST

Well I Made 360 Rwhp With This Combination On Another 94 Corvette With A Comp Cam 230/236 550" Lift And Was Just Curious How Much Less I Could Expect By Not Doing The Cam Right Away.

I would think its worth about 30 to 35 hp. Besides you got the heads off why not go all the way, as you are half way there at that point.
Well the thought is I could do a quicker swap and then later would not have to pull the heads or the exhaust to do the cam, also, this time around I want to keep my powerband between 2 - 5.5K RPM and maximize street torque, and driveability.
Also, do you think this combination would be better with 3.45 or 4.10 gears?
Do the TPIS emission long-tubes have stock emission hook-ups or did you do away with the EGR altogether and remove the cats. Seems like you have 20 more lbs of torque at the rear wheels that I had previously, also my best mph was only 112 mph. I however did not have my computer reprogrammed so I'm sure that attributed to some of the loss and I was only running shorty 1 3/4" headers.
