As a clarification I chose not to have the Fuel Gauge repaired. The end results do not seem to be permanent, more often than not according to other posters here the problem returns. I have found that the Techron works for a couple of months, I can live with that, rather than have them remove the Tanks etc.
The Active Handling issue comes up once in a while, clears by itself the next time I start the car.
When I first posted my Car for sale, I wanted it available for viewing so I chose not to get it repaired, I did not want to say "it is at the Shop"
Since it is covered it is no big deal.
Active Handling repaired under GMPP.

I am confused about why my car has not sold.
It is a beautiful car. It is all stock except for the Z06 Exhaust and intake, '04 Wheels and New Tires (with New sensors). I tried to be as honest as I could in describing it yet no one has even looked at it. Perhaps my original price of $22.500 was too high, but the latest Price of $20,000 ( is good and within the range for the low mileage (27,800). Car was delivered 4/30/99.
I could lower the price by removing the Z06 stuff but many on the Forum as well as myself seem to feel they are sought after, and end up buying them.
The car has a clear title, still under GMPP (although only 1 month left now), everything works with the exception of the occasional fuel gauge issue. The car has had 4 or so trips to the Dealer since new according to the GM Service record . Those were for minor adjustments or recall inspections.
A Forum poster suggested that the reason the car has not sold was because I had mentioned that the Active Handling Code appeared and I should have it repaired. I felt a new owner would feel more comfortable having it repaired (no charge), at their own Dealer so I mentioned it rather then just have it repaired. I ended up having it repaired Under Warranty, still no interest!
The car has had 1 or two owners, the Carfax appears to show a couple of Transfers which seem to be Title or residence changes, no accidents. This was explained by the Dealer ( in New Hampshire) when I bought it.
I will most probably place it on the auction site or the local paper.
I really thought someone here could and would appreciate it, but I guess not.

I will remove the Z06 Exhaust and Intake as well as the Foam Divider and Dash Mat, Trunk lid cover, front Frame over riders, Chrome Plate between exhaust pipes and Cover as a way to lower the price.
I don't think it is worth removing these since they are Great accessories, but I will as a way to lower the price. The Exhaust ( Titanium) provides not only a weight savings but a nice sound, mellow but deep. If you do a search on the Forum it is explained. Intake balances out the Exhaust. The over-riders will protect the front frame. The Foam Divider isolates the Trunk area from noise and keeps anything you carry in the Trunk. The Dash mat, Trunk Lid Cover and Wolfe Cover do what they are supposed to.
Most owners end up buying these items any way.
With ALL these items removed price will be reduced by $500 to $19,500.
I know these items cannot be replaced for anything near this price. The Exhaust cost $80 to install plus new Gaskets.
