Jay,

I saw your car down at ECS a week ago when Chris did my valve covers. Wow, talk about a complex setup!!!

Super clean though, and very, very high tech!

Doug had it started, and I loved that exotic sound, lol, very different than my 427!

I hope to see you at AC this Sunday. You going to be the star of the dyno contest??? Lol! Over 700 ftlbs! INSANE!!!!!

PS: Doug.. Pen me in for the alky kit and bosche fuel pump asap!

Congrats guys. Looks good. If that is the original base tune, I know you have more in there. Wish I could be there to help you "work" but my boss just doesn't understand. Maybe I need to bring him by the shop an dyou can take him for a ride

I won't be in A/C but i'm going to try and be at the ECS mod party on Sat. and then at night in your neck of the woods @ the Wiskey Cafe.
I'll be Wykoff Weds night and all the above depends upon the weather.
No need for any more Dyno pulls except for tunning, but I have to put some more miles on the car.

I know everyone keeps saying tuning on the top end. But this is like the 4th or 5th dyno run of the TTI X kit that all drop off on power at 5200rpms.

I still think the HP should climb to at least 6000-6200rpms and should equal or exceed the TQ numbers.

Phil is there any reason these dynos always seem to look the same??

there is no doubt that those #'s are smokin' but it would be nice to see the power curve flatt'en out a little.

iam sure that the doug will iron it out.

We have very low timing on the top end. Jay is going to have some fun with it for a few days, then we are going to work on it.
The car holds boost steady as a rock, I highly dought it is a fault of the TTi kit.

I know I am far from the expertise of anyone on here. But I thought I read that Phil said on Turbo cars you dont want a lot of timing on the top end, unlike SC cars. SO it would seem you have it pretty well dialed in.

I will hang back and see what results you guys get next week. Have a great weekend.

If it doen't ran on this upcomming Thursday we'll be at Atco.
Doug is going to dial it in on Weds. and check the IAT's and look at some possible fuel enrichment issues.

Doug will be behind the wheel for most of our track time.
Maybe he can pull another 9 second pass out of his hat with mine.
