Default 18psi

well hit it tonight
my speed inc bosch 420l is holding fuel pressure @ 82psi @ 18psi. this has lowered injectors to 17.8 ms. though its still a little high, i should be able to pull a little more fuel as its still a little on the rich side.

i have NO doubt that the car is making another 100rwhp on top of the earlier 631rwhp and 670 rwtq well....i need to dyno to verify but its plain brutal

You're sick Nick! At 18 psi you BETTER be over 730 rwhp! Get her leaned out so it's not pig rich and your injectors will come back in line.

82psi!

That's cool man.. Cant imagine how that thing pulls @ 18psi... BTW, at what rpms are you getting to full boost in the street? Gotta love the move to 2bar... or is it 3bar your running now?

I was thinking you may want to strike a balance between duty cycle and fuel pressure. If anything to reduce the diff btwn injectors... if any.

Anyways, have fun but be safe.

hello arnel,

boost basically hits max when converter stalls. the converter is 3000 but its more like 3400 3500.
still running 210kpa(2bar). i have those 210kpa cells @ higher rpms on the fat side so that 18psi doesnt go to lean. dont think ill push it any higher until i upgrade to 3 bar(when available).

it pulls like an amimal, the A4 is so sweet as it just doesnt stop pulling. at high mph runs its almost comical as it seems to pull harder as your speeds increase!!!!!

82psi @ 18psi = approx 18.XX ms. i could lean it out to bring ms down but... i might turn alchy up a little more then back of the VE tables.

Nick,

Are you using HPTuners or EFILive. If EFILive, would you min sharing your .tun files. I've been very curious to see what the 2 bar VE, Boost timing, other tables look like.

Since he's running HPTuners... an image of the VE and timing table would be interesting. Are you on the latest and greatest version Nick.. maybe your .bin files aren't encrypted yet.

I’d expect more then 20 HP per pond of boost on your engine even with A4, unless you never lock it up. Even if you didn’t, 20 RWHP per pound is a really low number even with poor supercharger design. Most good turbo designs on 346 based engines do 25+ RWHP (27-33) per pound of boost.
