fuel system help

OK guys this is what i came up with after allot of thinking and dessication with some LS1 gurus here in my city
this is what i will do , please give me your feedback
1-cancel the standard fuel filter ( regulator )
2-install a hi capacity fuel filter
3-install one airomotive FPR non boost reference ( set at 60 PSI )
4-Fabricate a new return line from regulator to fuel pump sending unit at the tank
5-dual 255LB pumps one boost reference the other for standard driving
i think this should be all that i need to do to get the fueling i need
what do you think ???????????????????????????????????????? ?????
or did i mess something els please help me out

Please don't take this the wrong way... but while it's true that just about everyone in this forum is extremely helpful, I certainly wouldn't expect that people will give you all their fuel system secrets on day one, unless the secret is to go buy a fuel system package that worked for them.
Make sure you thoroughly understand the mechanism that transfers fuel between the two tanks or you'll be stranded on the side of the road.

evry thing is baseclky the same internally exept for the pumps
i think this is the rite way
please corect me if i am wrong
You really should consider the ECS advantage... if there's a problem they'll work with you to get it right. If a pump is bad, you get a replacement.

I'm a bit confused on the pump setup your considering... You really don't want to be re-engineering anything. Use the two options already mentioned.
Arnel
as for his web go to LS1 forum his work is everywhere there and wont break your bank...

Mine's perfectly quiet. Maybe I got one that was built by Loni?
BTW, the external pump thing is awesome, if I ever need more fuel or need to replace a pump I don't need to open up the fuel tank! It's just plug and play and done in less than an hour!
edit: I am not bashing Lonnie, just the general attitude of your post. BTW the double pumper kit on his site says $1535. I am not sure how $1535 doesn't break the bank but $1800 does, but to each his own.

i decided to boost reference instead just to be on the safe side
i took my baby out for a drive just naw did about 5 to 6 runs on the hi way started with stage 0 boost 12.4PSI man o man its the first i could punch it and not worry about fuel delivery , next i went into stage A 15.3PSI there was joy happens 4th gear became 3rd thin i went to the B setting 19.0PSI there was FEAR there was allot of bad words being said that i cant mention here 4th gear became 2nd and finally just for kicks i put it in 5th and let her rep cruising at 4000RPM and i punched it it spun the tires and OH god that was adrenaline with a capital A
I would advise any one that looking for big power to invest in a fuel system it is really worth it peace of mined and good moods
finally a gentleman asked me haw much did it cost me to do my setup
will here we go
1-280LB Sard Pump 300$
1-255LB walbrow pump 120$
1-Mallory FPR i think 102$
Pipping and fittings tie raps 150$
a total of 672$ max due to us having to import most of the stuff from out of the ****ry with 5% and some stuff 15%

It's a good thing you didn't go to the 'C' setting...you might not have found your way back....
which reminds me, I think I need to tweak my 'D' setting just a tad..
Joking of course...good job .. stay on top of it for a while and make sure everything stays good...
So much for lonnie....

btw; What are you going to do with all the money that you saved?

Oh, ok then, we'll wait for your nine second time slips to show up soon.
Sorry to be so brash, but you have flaws in yours system and I would tell what they are.... but you can do the trail and error like we did and then figure out why things cost they way they do.
