Ok, I know exactly what you are going through! ! ! I was there last year...........I will PM you my number and we can talk about it! !

I have ECS Fuel System and I have no issues! ! My car is a 383 Stroker with A&A Kit, I am making 13 Lbs. of Boost and my fuel pressure is 60+ Lbs. My internal pump runs all the time but the external pump is only used when the car goes under boost! ! I have not seen under 60Lbs. since last year! !

What duty cycles are you pushing when your pressure drops, where are you regulating pressure and have you tried boost referencing?

I'm sort of in the same boat. I am seeing 135% duty cycle on 45 lb. inj. with 50 psi of fuel pressure with Andy's kit on the stock bottom end. I have a boost-a-pump as well and I'm thinking of going to a 383 soon and turning the boost up! I'm a little worried. What are your thoughts guys?

I have the ECS fuel system with a hobbs 1psi pressure switch (purchased from Coolmist . com)...At idle I'm at 55psi and once I hit boost I hit 60psi all the way through 10psi. Without the Hobbs switch the external pump runs on ignition switch and in 100* weather the fuel pump was dying due to captivation.

ECS fuel system here. The kit just works. It's a little pricey but there are plenty of users out there with the kit not having issues at varying levels of power (including plenty of 700+ and 800+ cars).

Not saying it's the only solution, but if you just want to get something that you know will work -- the ECS kit will get you there. If you want to spend some time tinkering you could probably save a few bucks.

Please let us know how many ECS fuel systems you have personally installed.

The ECS has an external pump tapped into the drivers side gas tank. My car is an 2004 so I couldn't do an internal upgrade pump...

The problem w/ regulating fuel at the filter is it doesn't regulate the pressure where you need it very well... at the rails. I would start by getting a return and regulator.
