Default IAT sensor...

Where are you ECS Meth Kit guys installing the IAT sensor? I am having a hard time getting my IAT's under control. I turn up the meth and my air/fuel gets richer, but my IAT's continue to climb..

I am have relocated the IAT so that I am spraying alky after the MAF and before the IAT. I usually see a 20 - 25* swing in my IAT once the Alky kicks in. I also adjusted my IAT/timing table to pull lot's of timing if my IAT goes above 100* F in case my Alky fails

I also spray Meth after the MAF and b4 the IAT. My IAT sensor is in my air bridge....

ECS are you out there? Where do you usually install your meth nozzles compared to the IAT sensor? Per you guys I am suppose to see my IAT's go lower than ambient. That is not the case with my dual nozzle setup.

Somethings is definately not right if you are spraying before the IAT and your temps are not dropping. What is your gain set on? I usually do not see any significant IAT drop untill I reach 5 on the gain control. Also, how much space do you have between the nozzles and the IAT. I suppose if they were too close the IAT may not be in the alky path.

The guys at ECS are probably at Carlisle by now....
