It has taken a while to close in on the 700hp goal I set for this combo, but it is close. I think a pulley swap to a 3.7 will get me there.

Nice numbers! You still have some room in your tune. Take out a little more fuel and I would expect you to be where you want or very close without changing the pulley.

You have alot left in just the tune.Looks like it really wants more timing.

Timing is on the low side at 12 degrees. I'm going to schedule some dyno time in the next few weeks to see if it can be bumped up a bit.

Lol maybe im missing it or haven't kept current with your mods, but what boost was that at and what fuel? I have the same setup and will be getting re-tuned on Friday. Last time I dyno'd it it made 620/576 at 12psi and only at 5700 rpm on 91 octane. We had some issues so we couldnt keep going until I got the issues resolved (a few minor things) With everything fixed now m ready to hit the dyno again ( i have a 3.85 pulley) so at full boost 15-16 psi I think I will be at 660-680 on 91. I will let you know. On race gas 700 should be easy.

I really love the way the TQ comes on it's like "BAM" and then it carries!

I too think a pulley swap to a 3.7" should do it! I know all about goals for RWHP mine is set too for my comboa I want at least 630+ RWHP! - Coming Soon!

Ohhh! I just happen to have a new Richard Racing 3.7" Pulley here - For Sale!

I gave lent the 3.85 to Joe and I will not be using the 3.7"

Thanks,Matt

Looks like with a tweak of the tune you have 700 in the bag, for sure with a smaller pulley, I currently run the 3.85 on my A&A setup

Very nice, looks like with a little tweaking you will be there. Now that my motor is broken in and weather is finally breaking in Chicago I will be going in for my tune and I have the exact same goals as you (700rwhp).

Is this with a 4.0 pulley, as that is where I am starting at and will probably make about 12 to 13 lbs (max) of boost I have a feeling and numbers will probalby be almost identical to your set-up.

What heads and cam you running and good luck, your goals are just abot achieved!

Looks like your A/F ratio is way too rich to the point where it goes beyond what the O2 sensor can read. You're leaving an easy 20 rwhp there

I'm running a 3.85 pulley, Dart Pro 1 unported heads, 222/228 585/585 113+4 cam, this combo is close to 10.1 compression.

I didn't get to log boost the last time she was on the dyno, but on the old heads it was making about 14lbs at peak. The boost comes in pretty quick, around 5lbs at 3000rpm.

Congrats Ben, This is the car Arun was telling me about. Arun(eb02z06) says bring it by the shop and he'll straighten out the AFR and get you over 700 without a pulley change-he'll get your torque over 600 too!
