Yes, feel free to call us with your engine specs.

btw, our "small" blower cam specs have recently changed! They were 9.50 @ 148, now they are 9.19 and dropping.

Or take it to a good engine shop and have them spec out the cam for you. Its not that difficult for a engine shop to take measurments off a cam and tell you exaclty what it is.

Please stay out of ECS threads, thank you. If you wish to post up other cams, or places to get them, or how to scam our work, by all means do so... in your own thread.

Thanks guys!

Doug,
How critical is it to degree the cam in most typical street/strip applications?

How is knowing the specs of the cam that is going in your engine "scamming" your work? I understand you put money for R&D into this but people have the right to know whats in there car. I wouldnt advertise the specs, but it should come with a cam card that lists it after your purchase it.

But thats just my oppinion.....

I had Ed Curtis from FTI grind my last cam. I wanted a mild lope, nothing to radical but something that would pull to 7000 rpm. It did exactly as I asked from it.

He will send you the cam card as well.

They cost a little more ($450) but it is built for your combo and your combo only!

Ive done business with FTI several times in the past. Excellent Company, Howards Cams as well. 100% custom to your application.

We always do, but most people do not. If you buy a package cam kit, for instance our blower cam kit, then we know it is going to be within our window of tollances since we use the same parts over and over again. Buying a piece here and there would make me nervous without degreeing.

Ed curtis is well known and a good place to purchase a cam from, not quit as proven as our set up in the LSx platform, but do what works for you.

As far as the cam card, see post #66.
