Nice runs.I too like my M&H slicks better than the ET streets. They seem to be a little more forgiving and produce more consistent results with my car. I would KILL for your 60 fts ! Awesome !
The car picked up nearly 2 tenths in the 60 with just a tire change. The ET Streets were a few years old but these tires have really made a big difference

Looks like a quality built car based on your consistent time and no breakage
I would be a little worried about taking out the rear fenders though with those wide slicks.
The weight transfer is great, and they cannot come in contact with the fenders, there are bump stops on the shocks.
It is exactly where we want it to be for now. Nice and safe. Car has 20 degrees of timing in it.[/QUOTE]
20 degrees of timing seems like a lot on a 250 shot IMO. We had a very similar combo 402/250 shot running 12 degrees @9.25-153 mph. Race gas? We ran ours leaner in the low 12.0 afr.maybe the richer mixture likes the timing. Great numbers. Bad azz launch
So we went to the track today with a 408 Nitrous car that my buddy and I have built, the car has a 480 with a 250 shot on it, RPM trans and an HPM built 3.73 diff.
Car went 6.34 at 109.50 today in the 1/8th mile with a 1.42 60'
Backed that up with a 6.34 at 109.22 on a 1.42 60'
Best 60' of the day was a 1.372 but did not get a clean pass.
We were very happy, no broken parts and this picture says it all, looks like air under the LF to me!!!
Only suspension modification is QA1's on all four corners.
That pic is epic!
My best time is similar to yours:
6.31 in the 1/8th.
I have a 346/ 4L60 /2600 stall / 3.42 with an S-trim and stock suspension.
But my 60' and 1/4 times are slightly worse @1.46 and 9.84
Have MT ET streets and MT DR's. Maybe need to try M&H...
Great Job!
