Something I ran into a couple years ago ,I have an ecs setup but it could possibly happen to any charged car,my charger tensioner was only putting a little bit of tension on my belt causing me to have low boost ,in other words it wasn't all the way maxed out & was sitting at a 2:00 to 2:30 position, this was caused by belt length wrong length & notaadjusted properly & pulley size may wanna look at how tight is your belt?

He in fact did get all of that. A&A confirmed in 05 he bought a bunch of stuff to include a Stage 2 Short Block and he said the paperwork he has from then shows they all were forged internals. I have a guy looking the car over right now. Making sure all electrical connections are good. He did find a racing fuel filter after the secondary fuel pump. Gonna make sure that is good to go. Then he is going to check everything else like belt to make sure its tight. Then the next step will be taking a trip to Thomasville GA for a tune.

I just picked up a 03 z06 with a p1sc and I'm at about 7 lbs, however I heard taking the air filter off and the inlet tube would increase boost so of course I had to try lol. I was surprised to see that my boost gauge was now reading 8.5-9 lbs. Nice to see an increase however I don't like the chance of messing up the fins on he supercharger, so the filter is on for now until I know I need some extra hp to beat another car lol
