Before I drop $1100 on a radiator and spal fan set up got some questions. It’s for a 2000 auto. It’s my understanding that the radiator has an oil cooler and a trans cooler. Do you need to hook up oil cooler or is that optional? What is required to hook up oil cooler?
You don't have to get the "wrong" radiator, you can get the one you need.
Of course, the coolant, oil, and transmission portions (where the latter two are present) are separate, so they have nothing to do with each other. You can use whatever you need. If you so desired, you could get a unit with an EOC, keep the EOC plugs on and run it, and then later add the hoses to plumb the EOC.
