nice are you getting installer help or doing it yourself? My plans to DIY have changed The haltech r5 is the holy grail
My dog may come into the garage a bit for moral support, but otherwise I'll be doing it myself. I'm a pro EFI engineer, so not too worried by it. My plans to gut everything and build a scratch harness is actually the easy way out. Getting factory systems to jive is more of a challenge. I wouldn't quite call the R5 the holy grail, but it is certainly a heap of bang for the buck for the average unsponsored hobbiest. I'll be adding a dash( probably IC7), Can key pad, and a CAN steering wheel too.
The ECU Master stuff is certainly worth looking at too in the bang for buck realm. I was on the fence between them and Haltech, but in those cases I usually side with whichever one has the largest support group.
There's a guy on fb who makes dash surrounds for the various digital dashes and has one for the 10" HD display which works. In for a penny, in for a pound.
