The system you have will come close to being able to use some type of induction hood that flow outside air directly into the filter like the T/A hoods do. But this would take some further modifing to your unit and I don`t think you would want to get into doing something like that. Well at this point all I can say is drive it , enyoy it, and take care. vetterdstr: Regarding the other problem (air temp behind the rad), do you know whether or how well the lowered rad & air bridge/filter address this? Is the air cooler just in front of the plastic rad shroud where the filter sits?

Hi Ken,
The airbox is mounted to the fan shroud, so it all slides in as one piece. It connects to the s/c via a short length of hose. It is pretty tight there, but I got lucky and it fit perfectly on the first try.

The temps are reduced by taking in cool air as opposed to behind the shroud. The Single intercooler is in front of the AC condenser and the shroud is removed. IN a few weeks I will post Info from traces regarding IAT numbers. :)
