I used quite a bit of water to position them, once they stick and you have to peel them back the adhesive diminishes, so the water lets you play around to get them right

Mine is white and the polished SS inserts look great. I'd post pics but I haven't put them on yet. But when I saw another white Vette in Bowling Green with them I was sold. I am just waiting till warmer weather to put them on.

I really appreciate all the ideas and pics. It has really helped me a lot. I have decided that I am going to make a decision tonight and get them on order. I will let you all know what I go with when I decide. Also, what is denatured alcohol. Never heard of that stuff...where would I get it?

I have had my black domed polyurethane C5 rear letters on for a year now and they still look as good as ever, especially on MY.
